Josef Hoffmann Glass Centerpiece. Origin Austria. Josef Hoffmann (1870 - 1956) was one of the founders of the Vienna Secession in 1897, participating as an illustrator in "Ver Sacrum", the magazine of the new movement. In 1903 he founded, with Koloman Moser and Fritz Wärndorfer, the Wiener Werkstatte, becoming one of the most important designers and architects in Vienna.
