- Lot Description
The rectangular white marble top with outset corners over a molded frieze above a brass inlaid frieze decorated with a foliate scroll incorporating chasing dogs, eagles catching moths or butterflies, and dolphins, all centering a foliate urn, over a pair of hinged cabinet doors opening to graduated interior drawers, the base similarly brass inlaid with long necked birds and moths, raised on scallop shell carved feet.

Shrinkage cracks to front doors and sides. Marble replaced. Some losses to brass inlay on capital blocks over columns. General shrinkage and losses overall.
