U.S. World War II Victory Medal with no bars (entitled to 3 bars); 1914-18 French Croix de Guerre with 4 palm leaves, 2 bronze stars, and a gilt star; French Medaille Militaire decoration, 3rd Republic type; French World War I "Commemorative" Medal; 2 ribbon bars worn by Hayes including ribbons for the above medals plus the ribbon for the U.S. World War I Occupation Medal. Dimentions: The Croix de Guerre with palms and stars is 6.5 inches long and 1.875 inches wide. All other medals are smaller. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $25.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
All medals and ribbons are extra fine, showing only the slight wear. Witherell's strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible but encourages in-person inspection by bidders.
