A box of mixed World War I and World War II U.S. and German insignia, all either worn or collected by Colonel George W. Hayes, U.S. Army Air Corps, including his W.W.I cap eagle, dog tags (2nd Lieutenant George W. Hayes) a pair of Grant of London made Air Service Cellars (one badge missing its propeller), a silver enameled Mechanic's badge, a small bronze A.E.F 1st aero squadron badge, a loop of 5 U.S. bronze officer's buttons, 20 miscellaneous buttons, mostly Imperial German, 2 matchbook covers made from Imperial German belt buckles 3 bullion W.W. II cloth 9th Air Force patches, and a few miscellaneous items. Dimensions: box measures 7.5x5.5x1.75 inches. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $25.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost.
