- Lot Description
An extremely nice 1892 Winchester Rifle, with octagonal barrel serial number 149985, made in 1895, so no FFL is required. The gun retains much of the original blue, and much has turned to a rich plum brown. There bore is clean and good. Dimensions: The octagonal barrel is 24.5 inches long, and the gun is 42 inches long overall. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $55.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
Very good condition overall, with a clean bore, and nice wood on the stock. There is minor surface rust on the receiver. Witherell's strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible but encourages in-person inspection by bidders.
