Framed William Penn Morgan (1826-1900) oil on canvas "Meditation", a portrait of a young woman in a red scarf. Signed lower left, "W. Morgan". Dimensions: 18"h x 14"w; (overall) 22.5"h x 18.5"w.Morgan was born in England, studied in Paris and eventually emigrated to New York. He was best known for his portraits and genre scenes. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $50.00 plus 1.5% plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
