- Lot Description
Japanese Wakizashi in Saya storage scabbard, with small tsuba and 3 ornate seppa, brass washers. The blade has two fullers on one side, and an inscription in Japanese on the other side. It accompanied by its original U.S. Army certification for PFC. Ivan Kamenski to have possession of it. No marks on tang. Dimensions: 20 inches overall. The blade is 11.75 inches to the habaki. Processing and shipping in the continental U.S. $45.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
The blade is cloudy, but clean, of very interesting appearance. The saya is dry and split. The saya grip is in two pieces. Witherell's strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible but encourages in-person inspection by bidders.
