- Lot Description
A huge variety of US Army Air Corps, US Navy, and USAF patches, insignia, wings, and badges, the patches including some very rare examples of World War II Air Force and Squadron patches:
Frame 1: 8 Parachute "Jump" wings, including some probably in-country made, and variants, one pair missing its pin; 6 pair US Army Aviation Air Crew wings, some shirt sized; 2 Ordnance Disposal badges, one Command; a French Missile Technician badge by Drago of Paris, numbered GM900; a sterling shirt-sized Missile Technician badge by Meyer, missing one pin; 2 shirt-sized Missile Technician badges, one command, one senior; 3 full-sized Missile Technician badges, one command, one missing a pin; 2 USAF Free Fall Parachutist badges, one command; 4 Special Operations Command "Jump" wing badges; a US Enlisted man's peaked cap badge, excellent; 4 USAF enlisted rank patches, VG; 2 Air Cavalry patches, one with a crossed sabers pin, excellent; 4 different Pratt & Whitney engine patches, excellent; 2 modern leather flight jacket patches, new; 9 other miscellaneous patches, plus an 11thAirborne patch, and a SHAEF patch.
Frame 2: 58 different US Army Air Corps and USAF patches, including 3 Airborne Troop Carriers, Cuba command, Philippine command, WASP, and other scarce and desirable patches, all VG to excellent.
Frame 3: 54 World War II era Army Air Force patches, representing almost all of the Army Air Forces, and their variations. VG to excellent.
Frame 4: 31 USAF command and Training command patches, 3 in bullion embroidery, VG to excellent.
Frame 5: 40 various World War II or similar Army Air Force and Navy patches, many in bullion embroidery, including 6 embroidered wings, and a number of patches removed from uniforms. Good to excellent.
Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $ 76.00 plus 1.5% replacement and insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
