- Lot Description
Frame 1: 9 US officers' and enlisted peaked cap badges, 5 metal and 2 embroidered, 3 large enameled breast badges, and a pair of US Navy Lieutenant Commander's shoulder boards, all excellent.
Frame 2: US Navy Enlisted Aviation ratings, including many rare ones, such as Airship, Airshipron, Airship CPO, and a number of conventional flight badges such as Air Gunner, Photographer, Bombardier, , and three patches in red on olive wool, all very good to excellent.
Frame 3: Army and Marine Aviation patches, including several pair of very early US Army Sergeant's chevrons with Aviation insignia, as well as 10 USMC Aviation patches, and a British RAF patch for US citizens serving in the RAF, all very good to excellent.
Frame 4: 43 Vietnam era Flight Suit wings, both USAF and US Army, along with 4 other patches, 2 of which are probably in-country made, all excellent.
Frame 5: 6 US Army Air Force and USAF Merit Ladder badges, 4 enamel on sterling, 2 enamel on base metal, all with bars; an enamel on sterling AWS Observer badge with 6 bars for up to 2500 hours, and two others with single bars for 500 hours each; 2 cap-sized pair of AWS wings one with enamel, one in sterling; 17 enameled squadron pins or badges in enamel ; a pair of pin back Warrant Officer rank bars; 2 pairs of ROTC wings,; an Air Force Observer wing shaped cloth patch, along with a decal of the same, and an RCAF Observer pin. All are very good to excellent.
Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $ 76.00 plus 1.5% replacement and insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
Condition
As described. Note: Items that are clutch back have mostly had the clutches removed for display. Replacement clutches can be supplied, free of charge, on request from the purchaser.
