Antique, .45-.70 Caliber Rifle. A truly excellent example of the 1873 model Trapdoor rifle, with both regular and firing proofs, the latter to be found just behind the trigger guard. There is a period added iron piece to create a "pistol grip" at the wrist. Serial number 17493. Clean bore with excellent rifling, a crisp action, and very nice stock. Dimensions: 52 inches long overall. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $70.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
