- Lot Description
Silver tea pot by Philip Garrett, Philadelphia (1780-1857). Bears monogram, "E" on body. Rises on a round base with stamped moulding. Spout in the form of a dragon/bird's head, acanthus decorated handle and acorn finial top. Marked on base, "P. Garrett". Illegible mark on body to right of handle. Dimensions: 10.25"h. Total gross weight: 32.7 ozt. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $32.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
Minor scattered wear. Several scattered small dents over body. Witherell's strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible but encourages in-person inspection by bidders.
