A silver pepper mill of cylindrical form with bell form top on raised tripod feet. The steel works were made by Will & Finck but body by W.K. Vanderslice & Co. Bears decorative raised emblem with monogram "R". Marked on base: W.K. Vanderslice & Co. / 810 / Montgomery St. / S.F. Cal. Gross weight: 8.76 ozt. 6.12"h. Provenance: Edwin Iloff Silver Collection, Sacramento, Ca. Illustrated: "Silver in the Golden State, Edgar Morse, Oakland, 1986, pp. 8. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $25.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
