- Lot Description
A very interesting katana in a military field scabbard, but with civilian hilt mounts. The tsuba is plain iron, but the menuki are finely made . The blade is signed. There are some large finger prints on the blade, but there is a clear hamon, and much of the blade remains in polish. Hung on the hilt is a chopstick set with a knife. The chopsticks are old bone. The knife has a maker's stamp on the blade. The case is wood and nickel.
