- Lot Description
This rodeo archive of Jack Wade, Canadian cowboy and rodeo legend, includes the following: A pair of Wade's personal 1930s Crockett rodeo spurs. A felt arm patch and a contestant button from the 1945 World's Championship held at Madison Square Garden. A contestant button and "1st DAY MONEY" ox skull pin from the 1945 Calgary Exhibition and Stampede. 1950 Calgary Exhibition and Stampede "OFFICIAL" pin with covered wagon. Each item comes with a letter of authentication signed by Jack Wade's grandson Robert Wade Stanford. The collection also includes a display case (dimensions: 7"h x 24"w x 12"d). Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $75.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
One of the leather straps from the pair of spurs is missing and they both show signs of wear and age. Otherwise all items appear to be in good to very good condition. Witherell's strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible but encourages in-person inspection by bidders.
