- Lot Description
A cased set of six solid silver rat tail coffee spoons, manufactured in 1935 by Roberts & Belk to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of King George V. Each spoon illustrates a different British Hallmark of the year - one for each of London, Sheffield, Birmingham, Chester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, plus the relating date letter for 1935, the lion passant and the Jubilee mark of the heads of the King and Queen. The set is presented in its original blue leatherette silk and velvet lined case, to include the original leaflet promoting the importance of the set. Total gross weight: 3.09 ozt. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $25.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
