- Lot Description
Post-war Japanese made Spirit of St. Louis friction toy airplane. Brightly lithographed in yellow and silver with working friction motor that spins the propellor. "Spirit of St. Louis" and "Ryan NYP" printed on sides. Dimensions: 12"h x 10"l. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $25.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
Very good with bright colors and excellent printing. There is a small stain on the left wingtip. The friction motor works well. Witherell's strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible but encourages in-person inspection by bidders.
