Assorted Persian silver associated with General Anthony McAuliffe and the Shah of Iran comprising three stirrers (marked 800) and an engraved platter with applied dove of peace, inscribed, "1er Prix / Championnat Militaire International de Basket Ball / Le Caire 1955." Bears hallmarks verso. Included is a photograph of the Shah of Iran at Baden-Baden and badge. Provenance: Estate of General Anthony McAuliffe. Gross weight: 27.4 ozt. Platter: 11.75" diam.
