Panamint yucca basket made by Susie Wilson (Shoshone, 1895-1963), Death Valley, CA. Wilson is the daughter of Hungry Bill. She would spend winters in Death Valley and summers in the Panamint Mountains. Purchased from the daughter of Wilson in 1954. Accompanied by photo of Wilson holding this basket. 3.25"h. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $25.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards. Provenance: Dr. R.H. Chamberlain, Escalon, CA.
