Framed Antoine Blanchard (1910-1988) oil on canvas depicting the Boulevard de la Madeleine. Signed lower right, "Antoine Blanchard". Bears partial label verso, "Noonan-Kochian Co." Dimensions: 13"h x 18.12"w; (framed) 19.5"h x 24.5"w. Blanchard was born in a small town in France, had formal art training and lived his adult life in Paris. He loved to paint street and genre scenes of Paris in all the seasons. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $50.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
Very good but some wear and losses to frame. Witherell's strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible but encourages in-person inspection by bidders.
