Framed Matilda Lotz (1858-1923) oil on canvas landscape with sheep. Signed and dated (1888) lower left. Bears gallery label fragment on frame verso. Dimensions: (canvas) 27.25"h x 35.75"w; (framed) 35.5"h x 43.5"w. Lotz was known for her animal paintings and was a student of William Keith and Rosa Bonheur.
