Hand carved and hand painted on cottonwood root. Artist signature and title on underside of base. This brightly colored Wupomo has a leather tongue and holds yucca whips. He seems ready to charge toward the audience as he does but is held back by a rope tied around his waist and controlled by Koyemsi.Ì_
