- Lot Description
Antique double-barreled pin fire pistol with folding triggers, of a larger size, about .45 caliber. The only markings found are the numbers "94" on the barrels and the frame of the pistol, and a script letter "A" on the underside of the breech. The walnut grips are checkered. The barrels are rounded octagonal. Dimensions: 10.5" long overall, barrels are 5.25". Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $25.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
The metal has been heavily cleaned on the outside. The mechanism functions well but the left-hand hammer does not hold on half-cock. Witherell's strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible but encourages in-person inspection by bidders.
