Framed assemblage of eight canine miniature enamels and a central racehorse by John William Bailey (1831-1914). Each enamel is signed and dated verso. Three are also titled. One has metallic paper overlay verso. The central racehorse enamel is titled, "Thebais, the winner of the Oaks, 1881 by J.W. Bailey". Dimensions: (small canine) 0.75" diameter, (center) 1.5" x 1.75", (overall framed) 6.12"h x 8.25"w. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $25.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
