- Lot Description
Jauchen's Ye Olde Copper Shop hammered copper vase and Old Mission Kopper Kraft hammered copper inkwell. Both marked on bases. Dimensions: (vase) 4.25"h; (inkwell) 2"h. In 1916, Fred Bosi and Hans Jauchen founded Ye Olde Copper Shop at 464 Sutter St., San Francisco. They parted ways in 1917 and Jauchen kept name, "Jauchen's Olde Copper Shop" and Brosi changed his shop's name to "Ye Olde Copper Shoppe." Brosi later established "Old Mission Kopper Kraft" in San Francisco. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $25.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
