A hunting sword of European style but Indonesian made with bone grip and brass guard, deer's hooves shaped quilts and a down turned clamshell guard. The blade is broad, single-edged with a wide fuller with etched design of leaves. The blade has a false edge at the point. The sheath is leather over wood with white metal mounts. The frog button is missing. The grip has a white metal ferrule at its base that matches the sheath mounts. the grip has three acorn shaped brass fittings on it, only on the front. Overall length is 22.5 inches, the blade is 15.25 inches long and has a full length single fuller. There are marks on the blade at the base: "TJI K.R. 1904."
