An Imperial German Prussian enlisted man's spiked helmet with brass mounts, complete with good liner, chinstrap, and two cockades. Both cockades show Imperial colors, which is incorrect, but both cockades are old originals. The stitching on the rear visor has come undone, but the visor is still attached by the brass trim.
Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $ 40.00 plus 1.5% replacement and insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
Good condition overall. The leather is a bit dry, and the rear visor is partially detached, but the liner is very good plus, the mounts are excellent, and it could easily be made to look much better. Witherells strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible but encourages in-person inspection by bidders. Condition statements are only for general guidance and should not be relied upon as complete statements of fact and do not constitute a representation, warranty or assumption of liability by Witherells. All lots are sold "AS IS" under the Terms & Conditions.
Shipping is only in continental U.S. and information regarding shipping price is provided within the description of each lot. For international and larger items that we cannot ship in house, please take a look at our shipping contacts.
