- Lot Description
Framed Horatio Nelson Poole (1884-1949) oil on canvas board painting of a Hawaiian coastal scene. Signed lower right, "HN Poole / 1917". Dimensions: 11"h x 14"w; (framed) 12.75"h x 16"w. Poole was born in New Jersey but lived in Hawaii from 1914 to 1921. He then relocated to California where he spent the rest of his life. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $45.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
Painting was opened to see if location was noted verso however it was not. Very good condition. Witherells strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible but encourages in-person inspection by bidders.
