Hand carved and brightly hand painted. Decorated with leather straps, seashells and imitation fur. Title and artist signature on underside of base. This energetic White Bear Kachina captures the lively spirit of the Soyal of the First Mesa or perhaps the Mixed Dance, both of which he has an appearance. The Hon is so strong he is believed to be able to cure the sick.Ì_
