Hopi Hano Clown Kachina, "Koshowi" by Hero Komayose. Dimensions (overall): 11"h. Provenance: Purchased from Nancy Gerlock, Bozeman, MT. $95 07/06/12 (previously purchased at a doll show in Bozeman, MT.)
Hand carved and hand painted. Decorated with feathers, fur, felt, hair, yarn and leather. Artist name, title, address and phone number on underside of base. The Clown Kachina is a glutton and indulges in all taboo behavior to remind us of how not to behave.Ì_
