Crow Mother Kachina, "Anguwusnasomtaka" by Bert Nahsonhoya. Dimensions (overall): 13"h. Signed and titled underside of base. Provenance: Purchased at Heard Museum shop. 8/8/09. $265.
Angwusnasomtaka is considered to be the mother of all Kachinas. She brings a basket of corn kernels and bean sprouts to symbolically start the new planting season.
