Hopi Clown Kachina, "Tsuku" by Andrew Grover. Dimensions (overall): 9"h. Provenance: Purchased on Ebay from Rich Hacker, Flagstaff, AZ. $250. 11/13/13.Ì_
Hand carved and painted. Artist signature, number and title on underside of watermelon-stained base. This clown carries his "sister" on his back Ì_with a leather strap. He has a bag tied to his neck with a cotton string and feasts on a watermelon in his true gluttonous fashion. He is also wearing high tops.
