Unframed oil on canvas painting, "Central Pacific Depot, Sacramento, Cal, 1875" by Herb Mott (American, b. 1923) depicting a Central Pacific Railroad train emerging from the Central Pacific Railroad station. Signed and titled lower left. Dimensions: 24"h x 28"w. Mott was best known for painting covers for "Railroad Magazine" for which he painted 52 covers between 1949 and 1954.
