- Lot Description
Frame 1: 18 Greek cloth wings, 12 being bullion embroidered, all excellent.
Frame 2: 58 Middle Eastern wings, including 12 Israeli wings, one of the wings being white metal, all the others being cloth embroidered, all excellent, along with 2 Israeli Aviation badges in metal, the same badge but one in white metal, the other painted black, excellent; 9 bullion embroidered Jordanian Royal Air Force wings, all excellent; 5 Iraqi wings, 4 with enamel, one in cloth, VG+ to excellent; and a variety of Turkish, Saudi Arabian, Moroccan, Qatari, Yemeni, and Tunisian Air Force wings, all excellent.
Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $ 62.00 plus 1.5% replacement and insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
As described. Some of the wings have clutch back fasteners, on many of which the clutches have been removed for display. Replacement clutches can be supplied, free of charge, and the purchaser's request. Witherells strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible but encourages in-person inspection by bidders.
