- Lot Description
Framed Grace Hudson (1865-1937) sketch of a supine fox in front of tall grasses. Signed lower right, "G. Hudron." Bears photocopy affixed verso of a handwritten notation, "Wednesday Morning Feb 27 K-13 / Sketched by Grace Hudson authenticated by her nephew Mark A. Carpenter." Of note, after Hudson died her nephew, Carpenter, authenticated the artist's unsigned sketches. In order to differentiate these, he signed them, "G. Hudron". Dimensions: (sight) 9.5"h x 7.25"w; (framed) 13.5"h x 11"w. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $40.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
