- Lot Description
French silver mounted hunting sword or "cuttoe", circa 1770, straight blade with 2 fullers, grip with shagreen panels, no hallmarks to silver mounts, quilts missing from guard. Overall length 27.5"l; blade is 23" l. Tip of blade is slightly damaged, blade is otherwise dirty but very good. Grips are excellent, mounts are deeply tarnished. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $55.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards. Buyer's Premium is only 15%!
