Four Regency style armchairs with carved and gilded arms in the form of griffins and decorative molding. Made for MGM Studios, the chairs were props in the 1943 movie The Picture of Dorian Gray, starring Hurd Hatfield, an acquaintance of Rugers for many years. Dimensions: 39"h x 27"w x 34"d.
