Eero Saarinen (1910-1961) for Knoll upholstered womb chair. Bears Knoll International label underneath. Dimensions: 36"h x 41.25"w x 40"d. In the 1940s Florence Knoll approached Saarinen to design a chair that was , "like a basket of pillows ... something I could curl up in."
