- Lot Description
Eames lounge chair with padded arm rests on five branch base with ottoman. Ottoman base plugs separate but included. No labels. Dimensions: 31"h x 33.5"w x 31"d (chair) and 15.5"h x 26"w x 21"d (ottoman). Introduced in 1956, the first chair was made by Eames for his friend Billy Wilder (Hollywood director) and displayed on Arlene Francis' Home Show (later "The Today Show"). Wood frame in good condition with minor surface wear. Upholstery in very poor condition with wear, tears, repairs, tape and scratches.
