An original cast brass C.S.A. belt plate for an enlisted man, rectangular with a raised rim and letters C.S.A. (Confederate State Army) On the front, and three cast brass hooks on the reverse. Two of the hooks have been partially removed, while the main hook is pressed flat. The belt plate has been examined and authenticated by a respected dealer and authority, John Sexton, whose full report is included. Dimensions: 2.75 inches by 2.875 inches/ 71.2 by 49 mm, 2.3 oz. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $25.00 plus replacement cost insurance.
