Civil War U.S. Navy Officer's model 1852 sword. Presented to "A.M.M.J.C. Green, Aug. 11, 1864, U.S.S. Belle." A very find Clauberg made Civil War Navy Officer's sword and scabbard with presentation inscription on the top mount of the scabbard. Leather scabbard with brass mounts, sharkskin grip with superb triple wire wrap. The sword is 36" long overall, the blade is 29.25" long. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $55.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
