- Lot Description
Carved and painted wood female cage doll religious figure having fixed glass eyes, curly wig and articulated shoulders, elbows and wrists. Head, shoulders and hands appear to be painted over gesso. Her right hand holds a carved red ball shaped fragment with center hole and left palm has round opening. Upper torso is attached to cage with hinges on sides (right is missing). Ribbon for "Honorable Mention" at 1978 United Federation of Doll Clubs." Overall height: 30.5"h. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $130.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
Scattered losses to painted surfaces along with loss of left top "pinky" finger and wear. Please see photos.
