- Lot Description
Frame 1: 48 Uruguay wings and half-wings, among which are 22 Pilot's wings, as well as 14 Uruguayan Navy wings, 4 miniature wings, and 7 2 inch "shirt-sized" wings, all in excellent condition, other than the pin fasteners, a number of which are bent or broken.
Frame 2: Wings of Brazil and Columbia, 44 pair, along with a large bullion embroidered Columbian wing, all excellent, 18 with enamel on the shields.
Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $ 62.00 plus 1.5% replacement and insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
As described. Note: a number of the Uruguayan wings have crude pin fasteners, which is as they were made. A number of the pin fasteners have been damaged during their service life. Also, many of the Brazilian and Columbian wings have clutch back fasteners, most of which have been removed for display. Replacements will be provided on request of the purchaser, free of charge. Witherells strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible but encourages in-person inspection by bidders.
