Dimensions: (paper) 15.75"h x 22.5"w; (overall) 20"h x 28"w. Miller was an accomplished artist who, during WWII, became a special artist correspondent for Life magazine attached to Gen. MacArthur's Pacific headquarters. His works are an important visual documentation of the war. Victory mail (V-mail) was an innovative tool which freed up shipping space for war materials by microfilming letter sheets. Kodak ran the V-mail operation at Ft Mason, San Francisco.
