Admiral Chester W Nimitz, autographed portrait photo, 1945 with request letter. A superb black and white portrait photo, fully signed at the bottom as Fleet Admiral, with letter from Treasury Department requesting it as award for bond drive. Dimensions: 14 inches by 10.88 inches Estimated Value: $1000-2500. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $40.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
