72 embroidered US Army Air Corps and US Air Force wings, including a number of rare early examples: 30 full-sized USAF bullion embroidered wings on Air Force blue wool, including Astronaut, Senior Astronaut, Flight Surgeon, Flight Nurse, all excellent; 17 shirt or mess dress sized bullion embroidered wings on Air Force blue wool, excellent; 7 bullion embroidered on slate grey wool wings, including 2 Technical Observer,Flight Surgeon and others, excellent; 6 bullion embroidered on khaki USAF wings, excellent; an early Observer's wing on chocolate brown wool, excellent but tarnished; an Air Gunner's wing on chocolate wool, excellent; 2 Bombardier wings on black wool, Good; an Air Crew wing on black with a cream colored center, VG+; a shirt-sized Pilot's wing on dark blue, VG+; an Air Crew wing on French blue, embroidery in bronze colored wool, VG; 2 small wings with nothing in the center, possibly Flight Instructor's wings, one on olive drab wool, the other on khaki, both excellent; a very handsome Flight Surgeon's wing in gold on olive drab, excellent.
