- Lot Description
$ World War I Bayonets for the Gewehr 98 Rifle: a "Butcher blade" bust made without serrated back edge, marked Waffenfabrik Mauser, Oberndorf, numbered 7216 on both blade and sheath, in excellent condition; another similar but marked "C. Dietrich, Altenburg." Blade has some pitting at the point, and light rust overall, sheath is clean and un-dented, some damage to grip, good overall; another similar but marked "Carl Eickhorn, Solingen," blade is stained, but very good, sheath is pitted, with frog that shows wear, but is intact and strong; a shortened similar bayonet, no sheath, marked: Waffenfabrik Mauser, A.G., Oberndorf, blade is very good but point has been blunted, overall VG.
Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $ 48.00 plus 1.5% replacement and insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
Condition
