- Lot Description
A very nice original US World War II leather Flying Helmet, by the Selby Shoe Company, size Medium. Helmet has a small slit in the back, but is otherwise sound and extremely nice; a World War I style flying helmet, possibly a civilian purchase one, with a short leather visor, lined in olive drab cloth, possibly of modern make, VG+; Fine painted US World War I "Doughboy" helmet, with insignia of the 101st Field Artillery of the 26th Division of the AEF. Liner and chinstrap very good, surface shows some weathering but the painted crest is very good plus.
Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $ 40.00 plus 1.5% replacement and insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards.
