A Napoleonic style briquet in excellent condition, complete with excellent scabbard. The only marks are the letters CA, which may be Spanish. Overall length 29 1/2 inches, blade 23 1/4 inches.
A small "Roman' style short sword with a brass, ribbed grip, as carried by Artillery troops the world over. This is French style, but smaller than is usually seen. The blade has been sharpened. The sheath is missing its mounts, and has lost its stitching. There are faint use marks on the brass hilt. Overall length 23 inches, blade 18 inches.

The first sword is excellent, although the blade has been cleaned. The second sword is good.
