Two beautiful watercolor painted etchings of Stuttgart, 1953, signed by the artist and dedicated to General and Mrs. Anthony McAuliffe on December 8, 1953. One is of the medieval wall of Stuttgart, from across the river, and showing the cathedral. The other is of a cobbled street, with clock tower and church tower. Both are beautifully executed, and apparently hung in the McAuliffe's homes through the 1950's and 1960's.
Size in frames: 18 x 14 inches.
