1/2 Clown 1/2 Corn, "Nah Took Vookeh" by Shirley Adams. Dimensions (overall): 9.5"h. Provenance: Purchased on Ebay from John B. Oakland, CA. $125. 10/27/13.Ì_
Hand carved and painted. Artist signature, place of origin and title on underside of base. This is a very unusual and rare Kachina doll. Legend says a corn dancer was dancing with other Kachinas when lightning struck splitting them all into many pieces. He was then assembled half and half.Ì_
